ICSA Letter to ICAO Council President

The ICAO Council took decisions last month on CAEP recommendations prepared by CAEP working groups regarding sustainability criteria for alternative fuels to be credited in the global market based measure CORSIA. Decisions were also taken on a package of recommended standards and practices for ICAO states to adopt governing the CORSIA. None of these decisions have been made public so this request from ICSA seeks clarification from the ICAO Council President. See the letter here.
